Hello again! Almost forgot about blogging cos I've been so busy with.. sleeping and watching drama and eating haha! Anyways, updating my really fulfilling december hols :)

1 - 3 Dec 3Dontchaloveus chalet!!
Its finally 3D's chalet haha, had so much fun playing poker in the room and chilling out at night. Went for midnight movie and couldnt sleep cos it was too cold. Though I din went for first day, chalet was still as awesome together with 3Dians!! <3

5 - 7 Dec GUIDES YEAR 3 CHALET!!!
HOLY THIS IS THE TIME OF THE YEAR!!! Been planning this chalet and talking about it for the whole year (: Finally its here and to describe it, AWESOME. First day we celebrated weixian and qijia's birthday. Bought a huge and yummy and chocolaty birthday cake, which i secretly ate half of it behind the pillows :P jk Then played loads of daidi and slapjack. Next day was WWW day! Yes, this is my second time going to WWW. First was during 2F chalet! still super scared of the U shaped slide. haha :) Then we went kbox and went super high through the night :) Then supper and continued playing poker. Slept till 9 the next day and then checked out, reaching home all shagged but uploaded the photos ASAP haha! Efficient yo~

9 - 17 Dec Macau, Hong Kong, Guang Zhou
e Yay another overseas trip! (The fifth time going overseas this year!) Went to Macau the first 2 days and stayed at the Venetian. Their suite is super big! (haha, never stayed in a suite in my life so.. an eyeopener (:! ) Shopped in the Venetian mall for a whole day. The stuffs there are damn expensive! ALmost twice the price in Singapore.
Next 2 days was spent in Hong Kong. Stayed in my cousin's newly renovated house. And my cousin designed it all my himself! Pro. Anyways, on the 4th day my sis and I went to Hong Kong disneyland to see the newly opened toystory land. Met Tin Yi and Tin Ying at Space mountain and played and shopped till 6pm before we left and met my parents for dinner :)
Then we joined a tour to Guang Zhou. 3D2N! Stayed at a hot spring hotel where the hot spring is like super big and quite a distance from the hotel. Which means that I have to walk in the cold :( But hot spring is the best thing ever!
Went back to HK for the last two days and recieved my christmas presents! My aunt gave me a swarovski necklace with really pretty cystals on it. And my cousin gave me a polaroid with 4 packets of films! THANK YOUUUU!!!

22 Dec 2F outing!
Yang Xi's back! Went to Sentosa and played vball and swam a bit :) Catched up a lot with the guys and Linette. And when we saw yangxi, its like he's never gone! aww :') Stayed from 1-11pm and was super tired when I reached home. But it was worthwhile to meet Yangxi!

24 Dec Christmas Outing
Val invited Sammy and I to her church's special service to celebrate christmas eve. Haha, Val's church friends are super friendly and nice. :) Had lunch with Val, Sammy and Menglu and walked down orchard road taking loads of pics with different christmas trees. Love the chocolate christmas tree. Pity its not real :(

26 Dec Movie with Liting! Went out with Liting after not meeting for almost a month? Haha, alvin and the chipmunks is damn cute omg and we shopped around orchard :) But time's limited so we din buy a lot of stuffs. Catched up with a lot of stuffs :D
Ok, so this is the end of my dec hols outings :D Had loads of fun this year, although with a few bumps here and there, but 2011 is indeed a year memorable :D
Gonna invite 2012 with an open heart and hope this goes right this year :D And to be honest, I kinda believe in the world ending next year. :P superstition haha.

Hello! This week was a blast! Had so much fun with Jengyu, Guides and 2F!

So on Monday I went to horts park with Jengyu. Got lost trying to find our way to Hendersons waves. Ended up finding some weird international school in the middle of the jungle haha! And played like real life temple run :P
Then we went to VIVO and took many pics. haha! Introduced Jengyu to MAN JI.
I swear that place sells the best hong kong desserts!! :D yummmmm!

Thanks jengyu! Had a really fun time at the park. Can loose weight too! :DD

Then on Thursday we went to ECP for BBQ with 2F. And Si Ying, Linette and I managed to start the fire while the others were finding their way there. wheee~
But as we were about to roast the food, it started raining. Talk about jinx :(
So we went to my place where my parents hosted them and the girls went to my room to start catching up with gossips and life haha!

And not to mention, congrats to my sis for getting 271 for her PSLE. She's gonna go RGS! :)

Oh! and they taupoked me!!!! the miserable me squashed at the botton DDDDD:



Then Friday we went to school for pioneering training.
But again, it started raining before we could do anything. Then Dilys found out that you're the apple of my eye is showing in west mall 15min later.

we used 15min to pack everything, rush down to return the key, took the bus, ran in the rain to reach westmall cinema. Only to know that we cant go in cos they check our IC.

Walked around westmall, had snackers at KFC and went to JP to meet the other guides for dinner!
They bought me a really cute and big PLUTO soft toy!!! <3<3
Collected our serve cambodia shirts. Its super unique and pretty! Love it :D
Had pizza hut with guides. Kai xin spammed a lot of weird jokes which i cant get it but i dont know how the others got it! Unfair much D:
Then ended the dinner buy eating birthday cake and recieving cookies from Kai xin!

HELLO!

It's been two weeks since the start of the holidays. And Im in the midst of all the CIPs and guides stuffs.
Oh! And I've received an awesome news!! We topped the nation for urban waste competition. That's a $450 and a trophy! Woots!
CIP was okay, met the few kids I took care of last year and as expected, they had forgotten me :( hahah! Anyways this time CIP is more of admin and paperwork cos the kids are still having lessons. OTL
ROD was the most tiring day ever! Was in shool from 12 to 10. Haiz, and it was together with facil camp and initiative. Busy busy.
Kinda weird to have a camp when the year sixes are mugging hard for a levels.
Anyways, ROD was a success, despite the few hiccups here and there. But it was still a memorable one. I can't believe the next ROD I'll be attending is for our level. Only half a year left! Scary D:
There's a 2D1N guides camp tomorrow where we'll be preparing for the upcoming pioneering test. Hope I can pass the test! So wanna get my gold badge. The bronze one looked really ugly and noob :( not to mention, there'll be recipes to follow for outdoor cooking haha! Can't wait!!
After this week, I'll be able to slack an probably start on some homework.
I need to have some life too! The last time I've watch a movie was the last day of EOYS.

Yes, Im starting to blog after MIA-ing for months. :)
Just a really short post cos Im not used to blogging anymore.
Especially now, when Guides stuffs are becoming more draining and tedious than mugging for EOYS.
The first three weeks of nov are booked with CIP, ROD preparation and nov guides camp. And I was really stressed after EOYS cos there was so many things to look after. ):
But endau ropin trip totally helped me with this. I used to be really scared of leeches and creepy crawlies. But as quoted from Mr huang, leeches are like the small problems in life, irritating but inevitable. As long as we look the bigger picture, leeches are nothing.
Yeap, with this, I was able to finish so many things in the shortest time. Not to mention the help guides gave me :) Thanks! :D
Oh and just to let you know my GPA, its 3.9 ^^ literally one mark away from a perfect gpa. D:
Anyways, its the start of holidays now, and imma going to fill it with drama and fun. Of course, after all the work's done :P

Anyways, had CIP dance yesterday at taman jurong cc. Kinda less crowded than I expected. And there're more little kids than rvians. Okay, pedo much haha!
So we went to perform Hoot, and it's so cool, okay at least to me, cos they provide us with sweets and popcorns and food and oh oh! We even had a photo shoot!

From today onwards, I've came up with an intensive mugging timetable, which I have been sticking faithfully for the past.. 3hours.

When the drama addiction sets in

This is gonna be a short post cos I dont really know what to write :)
Just watched all 36 ep of new my fair princess part 1. Realised that my aunt din know that new my fair princess has 3 parts. :P
Nevermind then, both the new and original version are awesome :) and I love it. But I'll probably like a version with the old cast but the new plot.
And its so weird no one else watches it. -.-

Anyways, I've gotten my 3.8 gpa for this term, and Im going to get my new violin from my parents :D
Dont they dare go back on their words! HAHAH.

Oh and my phone is.. missing. So dont contact me until I've got it back. :P

It's not what you did, it's you

Heya people. Went for the Lit seminar at dunman high today. Together with Valerie, Raphael, Beatrice, Sammy, Estelle, Jett, Annie, Vanessa, Christalle, Nigel and Wanlu. :) And met many old friends :D Kinda happy to see them today.
The dramas by VJ was quite cool. And we attended this workshop on photo poetry, which really inspired us for the photostory project we did later.
And Dunman's food is nice~ I ate like 3 servings. :D
Then Beatrice, Raph, val and sammy came to my house to slack till 3pm. So val beatrice and raph were doing idk what on the com and Sammy and I were play the duet of Corrente. Damn nice, my violin exam piece for grade 5.
We also did the violin and piano part for merry christmas mr lawrence :) Awesome song I cant get rid of it from my head <3
Then we went to Bugis to have koi and also did our photosstory. Took many cool photos and walked from Bugis to douby gaut. Zai anot haha!

p/s: I tried to climb onto this structure and pose with it but fell, like so embarrassing :/ scrapped my knee. Super awful. And it hurts when I bend my knee, especially when the rainwater today keep splashing on my wound. :(

Although the tests I've gotten back are all quite decent, I still don't wish to get back scs, physics, suo xie, la essay and maths.

Yo it's back to school after the long weekends. Kinda dreading all the tests which are about to bombard me like meteorites. Zzz. Had physics test today. It was kinda screwed and I didn't finish the paper in time. Hope I still can maintain my auspicious 88 percentage for physics, although it seems highly ambitious of me :( but anyways, scored full marks for Chinese test!! It's the first time I scored a perfect score for a language I can't even speak fluently in. LOL I heard literature was a big time killer. Everyone didn't have time to finish it. How is it possible for mr sim to expect us to write 4 essays in an hour?! Crazy. Went to library after school to complete on my elit review. Which reminds me that I should really start on reading chapter 9&10 of my lit text. ;P so now it's left with Chinese zuowen on Friday, chemistry and Maths next Tuesday and CID and literature on Thursday. Kill me now~

Hello! Its Singapore's 46th birthday today! :D HAPPY BIRTHDAY hahahah. And for that, we had a two and a half day to slack. and mug, a bit. :P
So NDP celebration was super boring, I swear last year's one was so much better. The parade was quite good, according to seniors. But I thought we kinda screwed it up at the beginning. But still, great job guides! I'm so proud of you girls <3

Went to complete chem assignment and went out for lunch and movie with guides :D

National day today was pretty boring for me. Planned to mug and watched fireworks but end up cancelling it cos I had a serious stomachache and diarrhea situation LOL.

So studied physics and practised violin at home. And went to swim in the afternoon. It feels good after working out (Y)
But somehow, I miss last year's NDP, it is so much better when you get to see the fireworks right in front of your eyes <3

Anyways, gonna wake up early tomorrow (which I dont know why Im up this late :P) to practise violin.
Then gotta meet up with val and raphael to do Urban Waste's proposal. :)
And also study for physics and chem test.

Anyways, had ndp rehearsal today. My mum fetched me to school. And she wasn't sure with the way so we ended up at tuas checkpoint. o.o
So we spent like half and hour to reach school.

We decorated the guides whiteboard with birthday wishes and decorated her birthday scrapbook. Hope she'll like it :D
NDP rehearsal was okay~ except that the sun isnt very friendly today and my legs ache like mad since yesterday ):
Went to pizza hut for dilys' birthday lunch.
Had to leave earlier cos LA's waiting for me at home to mug~
Slept the whole 1 and a half hour bus ride back home. I swear waking up at 6am on a saturday is a killer >:(
And when I reached home, my mum asked me to go grocery shopping with her and saikang.
So I had to read my LA notes in the car. Like a hardcore mugger only :P
Kinda mugged LA over the phone with yujing LOL. Its miracle I can concentrate studying on the phone when the tv is playing drama right in front of me.
Then my mum cooked today's dinner cos my maid went back to phillipines for sometime.
I din know her cooking was so good.
Like seriously, I ate my dinner as though I've just been through a famine camp.

Oh after ndp rehearsal and grocery shopping and mugging for the whole day, I realised that I dont have the time to practise violin. oh crap.

Hellooooo!!!! Updating my blog during maths lesson :P it's been like 456655432356 years since I've updated it. Anyways, i have short term memory so I can't really write about aylc and violin exam. But I guess it was both awesome hahahaha. Gotta worry more on upcoming tests and Ndp parade. Idk why but I was super disappointed when others say that our footdrill is getting worse, WORSE THAN SCOUTS wts. hope that our standard will improve after today's rehearsal. And the tests are crazyyyyy. Bombarding me like mad. Gotta spend national day holiday to mug hard on maths chem physics language arts and elit. And after this crazy test week I'll start partying and shopping like a bimbo. Hahahahahahha! Oh and I've got my grade 5 violin pieces already. Supposed to go and choose my pieces but I kinda have no time for it :( got to go back to school on saturday morning for another round of Ndp somemore argh. Okay shall do my maths worksheet now heheh. Had violin exam today. It was not.. bad. Haha, second exam already so not that nervous. And its only 15min. :)
Then went back to school for chem prac. And I wanted to find someone to watch harry potter with me.
Then everyone I know either flew off to AYLC last night, have elective after school or cca after school. Damn sian, have to go back home myself ):

My good isn't good enough

Damn i cant upload the cambodia dance on blogger! Nevermind check my facebook :D omg I miss cambodia so much. But the week ahead is gonna be super hectic. Wednesday is LJ to pulau semakau, then im going back home to last min practise all my violin and freak out that on thursday is my violin exam. Hope I can get my distinction again. Then going back to school to pack my luggage for AYLC and watch harry potter with Jengyu raphael ruocheng and val. :D Then friday morning flying off to chengdu. Woah. Damn nervous for my violin exam argh! Must take every chance to practise already. Can't wait for AYLC but dreading violin exam D: Oh and had maths test this week. The test was a freaking killer. I did this partial fractions wrongly and I guess 7 marks is gone already. oh man, I hope the teacher will still give me marks for error carried forward D: And I've been waking up at 6 for the past week cos there's AYLC mass dance at 7 everyday. We did Doya and High school musical. Which is the cambodia dance lmao! But I like the cambodia dance more, more meaningful :D Then kaixin weixuan xuehui and I took the year1s for footdrill yesterday. I dont even know what to say about it. But I hate to scold the whole level just because there are one or two black sheeps who refuses to listen. zz Sorry to those who did put in effort. We can see it so damn clearly. Oh yes! going to celebrate jengyu's birthday today. Honestly I kinda freaked out because there's so much things going on and I still have to organise a birthday outing for this girl. But afterall, she's my laogong LOL! okay hope everything goes well today :D Then I'll be going for my last violin accompament with the piano after the party. Hope everything goes well too! D: And I'll decide tonight whether I want to watch HP7 3D with my family or not :D jiayou nicole!

The good old times

Hi! Went to Nanyang girls high yesterday night to support Yixin's drama showcase.
Turned out to be a pretty exciting night :D
So met Yunning, cherie, adriena, mun yong, joel, jiawen, zoe, belle, lynn, gladys and yixin.
The drama was like damn professional. especially nygh's choir. They sang this finish (as in a song from finland. LOL) song that sound like some organised chaos. LOL oxymoron intended.
And yixin can act as a really good bimbo HAHA! I should really film down her dance :P
Oh and we met edina and her friends there. heard from jiawen that there's other rv ppl. haiz too bad I din get to meet them. :(
So the drama ended at around 9 and we went to plaza sing for dinner, or should I say, supper. HAHA
lynn's guyfriend came with us (I think his name's shanwei. yeah) and we started gossiping damn loudly in the bus cos the whole bus was empty except for us.
Went to plaza sing and ate there.
Teased joel's gayness for being saikang warrior in choir, and also catched up with gossips and nonsense heh. Oo and shan wei told us a lot about HCI's gayness. okay first impression destroyed already. jkjk :P
Reached home at 12am. woah, just like cinderella.

Hey! Its the weekends like whoooo~
Yesterday took the juniors for act and i dont know how but we ended up with 450 punishments. Yeah, took like 1h to clear half of it. Gonna continue next week D:
And there's this npcc guy just cut us when we were doing punishments.
Worst still, when I told him that we were doing punishments (like that isn't obvious enough), he said that he dont care and that we don't own the school.
What's with the attitude? -.-
Then went back home and found out that my knees were bleeding only when I bathed. :O So weird.
Went to school today for AYLC briefing.
So the teachers told us to change terminal 1 to terminal 2 on the paper cos there was a printing error.
And after the whole thing I went to ask them that some of my friends din come for the briefing today, so is there gonna be an announcement for them to change the venue.
Then guess what those teachers replied?
they said that those ppl will know the change of venue on that day when they go to T1 and dont find anyone, then they'll naturally go to T2.
Wts? So if we're late for our flight it'll be their fault is it?
So much for telling us to be responsible and blahblahblah.
They themselves are such a bad example.
Call this a leadership convention.

Okay after being so pissed off over minor things, Im anticipating's Yixin's drama showcase.
Gonna watch with Zoe, Belle, Lynn and Jiawen.
It's been so long since we had a 6I outing.

Hi! Its week 2 of term3 and there's already 2 tests.
Not to mention that one test on week1.
Im starting to think that the number of tests will actually increase by weeks. LOL.
Anyways, the year 3s just took over the company, and Im so glad everything's on track. :D
I realised that term 3 is super packed for me cos of violin, aylc, lit seminar, PGA (if i want to take part), and maybe start on my NYAA already.
Plus the endless homework and projects.
Eh actually it isnt a lot cos i've finished all 3 assignments that are dued 2 weeks later LOL. okay, regaining back my hostelite power :P
Oh and good news is that im starting to love logarithms already.
Still remembered a few days ago when I wanted to tear my logarithms worksheets so badly cos I dont understand shit.
But its getting awfully better :D
And physics too.
And chem, with tanching's teachings. He's actually not bad. Everyone's just terrified of him cos he doesn't smile at our class. AT ALL.
And Elit, with the new elit teacher as the current GP HOD, we should be in good hands.

G double O D J O B goodjob!

Hey all! Had west division camp today and its probably one of the happiest day of my guiding life. :P

So we sent in 2 competition teams, wide games and photography. And pioneering and art and craft as participation games.

But it happened that it rained 2 time today. At the wrong time and kaixin's right eye twitched to it. Scary or what! :P

Xuehui, Dilys, Liting and I were in the photography competition, so we had to go around taking photos that links to the theme ALL SMILES and GUIDES IN ACTION.

Took about like 200+ photos and had a hard time deciding with 16 photos we should submit.

Yeah, and idk if it's a good or bad thing, but photography's result is the last to be announced. So all of us were like pinching each other's shirts and being all nervous cos unlike the past few years, if we do not max out our competition points today, there won't be a second chance :/

Bronze was not us. ):
Then silver was not us too. And we were beginning to feel that its going to be the end of the world. Even dilys was like: I dont think we can make it.

But then, AHAHHHAHAAHHAAHAHA god knows how pro we are and gave us first! :D
Its been a long time since guides have ever won a 1st prize in west div and Im so proud that our current batch is able to add a new shiny gold trophy to the TABLE OF GLORY HAHAHAH.

Okay too high. Just have that sense of accomplishment that we're not letting our seniors down. And they don't have to worry about us :)

And for the year2s who took part in the wide games, nevermind if you've never won anything, we saw that you girls made the effort to memorise the flora knowledge for the competition. And I guess that's pretty much enough.

So after west div, all 11 year3s went to pepper lunch for dinner and chatted from like 5.30 - 8.30. LOL. 3h of quality time is enjoying life!

Patrol Leader's Training Camp :)

Hello! Yeah, as the title suggests, Im going to blog about PLTC.
So, PLTC is mainly just about teaching us how to be a good PL in future, and most of the sessions took place in the olave hall. Just like a typical classroom setting.
Boring. But the trainers put in effort to make it interesting even though the lesson itself was dry.
And we had like 5 meals per day, which explains the 1kg I gained from the camp. Although it seems like I was the only one eating most of the elevenses and tea break cookies.
Sorted ourselves into patrols, which I am in BANANA. Yeah, easy to guess that its yellow house. :P It was super epic when our PL said BANANA AT EASE. I swear it was so damn hard to control my laughter. And I like my patrol so much cos they're really super helpful patrol mates and an awesome patrol leader. XD Kinda miss doing activities with them. As for the leadership lessons, we think that our school is walking somehow a different direction from the guides hq. And maybe that's the reason why we are lagging one year behind from other schools. So we were thinking that probably after handover, we can really make ourselves clear about the different testwork and stuffs that we're going to do, and most importantly let our juniors have fun and up their standards in the process too. :)
So, first night, kaixin weixuan qijia and I went to clean the toilet and also emptied all the garbage bags in camp christine. Then we sneaked into olave hall to grab our supper and started chatting under the moonlight. pretty max :)
Next day was still as dry, but we were looking forward to PGA's campfire (President guide award). So we realised that traditional campfire has no emcees or blasting music, but it was sing-along and dancing throughout.
So the PLTC guides pulled off a dance using dj's got us falling in love again. Super hiphop-ish, and we managed to learn it in an hour. And half of the PLTC people had to sing to the song. LOL at their singing :P but overall its cool.
The PGA guides really lived up to their name. We were amazed at how that one PG could control 150 audience in 2h. We heard that they had a wet weather plan in the olave hall, so after dismissal, weixuan and I went to olave hall to check out their indoor plan. That PG was still there clearing up the stuffs and taught us about using pressure lamp, translucent coloured papers and wires to make a fake campfire. and it'll look real and stable.
So second night the 4 of us were chatting at night again, and we really think the PG taught us quite a few good stuffs. Now, campfire in the hall won't be impossible and it could be as enjoyable as it is in the outdoors.
And, we felt that it is very wasted for our level guides to not be able to take part in PG just because we were unsure of the criteria for a PG. (we actually have to finish our gold badge before attempting PG.) And after seeing how the PGs conducted their campfire, I really could say that most of the guides in our level have the same standard as them, or even better.
Anyways, PLTC really had the 4 of us inspired with new ideas to improve the current batch of guides and I hope that after handover, all these ideas will be implemented and we'll handover to the juniors without feeling guilty that we did not put in our very best <3

Guides room revamp (Y)

Hello! So I woke up at 6.30 today and totally rushed for all the mrts and buses, just to reached school at 8. Punctual ftw :D
So today we were going to clean up the guides room and check the logistics for west div day.
But we decided to just revamp the whole guides room and add some new and pretty touches to the guides room to make it even more spacious than it is before.
So after moving everything, EVERYTHING, (Omg, you should see how all the stuffs in the guides room can actually fill up the entire corridor), we moved all the furnitures that blocked the board behind. Then we swept and mopped the whole room, while the rest arranged the gadget poles, clean up the canvas tents and decorate the guides room board.
Oh! We found some ancient guides stuffs left behind like fireplans and photo albums. Reminds me of the days where we can have real campfires, and not some weird one in the hall with colour papers as flames.
So after all the hard work, the guides room is SPARKLING AND PRETTY.
And we were super accomplished after the whole revamp. :D
Went to have pepper lunch with guides and slept the whole bus ride back home.
It's PLTC tomorrow and Im sure I'll have loads of fun with Weixuan, Kaixin and Qijia :D

Now I feel a spark of pride everytime I walk past the guides room.
OUR ROOM IS FINALLY NEATER THAN THE SCOUTS. HAH. BEAT THAT

Okay anyways, went for dental appointment at paragon this morning.
Perfect teeth ftw! :)
Then had spagetti for lunch and went to meet up with serve cambodia team for a movie.
I actually told them the timing for vivo GVgoldclass. :P
Din know the difference then until Jonathan told me it means we have to pay 38 bucks for a seat (ps, not seat, bed.)
So embarrassing!

So we went to Lot1 for movie. Watched the 2.40 slot of Super 8.
Siwai Liting and I were freaked out by the crazy loud noises and you should totally see the mess of popcorns and nacho cheese spilt on my seat when the lights are on.
:P

Chatted a bit with Liting and Siwai then went back home.
Shall continue practising violin.
And, tomorrow, Im going to do chem assignment.
Okay, one step at a time :D

Outings, outings and more outings~

Yesterday was liting's birthday, so I shall wish her a big fat HAPPY BIRTHDAY here hahahaa.
Went to kaixin's aunt condo for bbq with the guides and all 13 of us turned up. :D
Ordered in the bbq stuffs and started on our evil plan :D
So first, we tried to outcast liting and asked everyone to dao her :P
Then Kaixin and I pretended to fight and quarrel to make the atmosphere super tense.
Yeah, and as expected, there were a lot of NGs LOL.
Then at night everyone suddenly disappeared with liting alone at the bbq like a loner :D
And tada! We came in with the birthday cake and her birthday necklace.
That silly girl was so touched she cried hahahahhaa,

Then we start throwing people into the pool until the security guard had to come chase us out of the pool.

Oh and not to forget, the new guides level tee we got today! So everyone changed out into our level tee.
Its light pink dry fit and has weixuan's awesome design on it. Totally love it :D

So I left the bbq at 10pm and went to bugis to meet my family for supper :D
Reached home at around 12 :P

And today, went out with peiern to orchard for window shopping.
But I can't resist orchard stuffs so I decided to buy this red and sparkling scarf from ruby :D It was on sale so~
And then went to far east and spotted a lot, A LOT of nice stuffs. Must ask my mum to bring me there next time :P
Then chatted a lot and went back home at around 6.
Okay, time to have my dinner then practise violin.

p/s: peiern taught me how to practise my vibrato so that it would sound much much much better! :D

Serve Cambodia 2011, a whole new experience

Okay I suck at arranging pictures so I shall not. Gonna talk about the Serve Cambodia trip today. Im tired of making reflections cos throughout the trip, the teachers made us write a 2 page long without line spacing reflection. Within 30min. Its like writing a full fledged essay. In a shorter period of time. But that time, it was like peanuts to us cos the ideas and reflection just flowed in like nobody's business. :) Guess there were too much to reflect on.

So, Kolap 4 orphanage showed me how carefree the cambodian orphans are. While we are mugging our head off for exams and tests, they are playing water soccer, running under the rain naked. Its so ironic for us to pity them, cos I actually envy their freedom. And some kids there have really awesome talents I bet no one outside the orphanage will ever get to see.

Nary is by far the prettiest girl I've seen in cambodia :)
Bunrong is the sweetest kid and a great eyecandy.
Rin is the most cheerful kid and super cute too!

So for us, we helped out in making cupboards, cleaning up their dorms, catch mice, planted a mini garden outside, and had an enrichment day specially to celebrate their children's day. And the serve cambodia team has officially turned into a bunch of saikang warriors. :D not to mention the taupok session everyone (okay except the girls) received at night. And the fun dinner sessions where yewteck can eat 10 servings of rice. :D
Plus the endless gossips coming from the guys and midnight room visits to eat cup noodles. All those were great memories and I think our impression of scouts changed for the better :) Oh and the great mentors we had throughout the trip. Grateful much.

Going for serve cambodia team outing on saturday and I can't wait to see everyone :)

I realised that I have like only 3 days available to go out with guides cos the rest is being koped by cambodia, tuition, violin and west div day preparation. ):
But still, its time for yr3gg to have fun before we really take over the company next term and everything comes rushing in.

Went to the sick bay today cos my stomach cramps was hurting like nobody's business and slept for a full one and a half hour before getting chased out by the auntie there cos i've been sleeping too long lol!!!

CCA was quite slack. I can't seem to cut the wood cos I've never taken axemanship ):
Then found face paint in the guides room. Which is like WOAH AHHAHAHA YAY! to us cos we've been trying to find it for ages.

Today was super slack. recess, freeperiod, classlunch, lunch. LOL!
And Im sure I gained another few kgs after gorging so many chewy juniors and chips.
So much for trying to loose weight. :D

Had our class cambodia pre session, and everything went super smoothly. Released on time ftw!

Anyways, I stil can't believe cambodia trip is so soon.
This means that I have to sleep like, 7pm on saturday cos I have to wake up at 3.30am on sunday.

Like seriously, after sorting out all the wood behind the grandstand, I can see my arm muscles popping out.
Okay la, Im just exaggerating. But wensu dilys and I were the only 3 dealing with i dont know how many kg of wood.
Besides, finding the correct wood itself is already daunting enough.
We got all sorts of bruises and wounds from falling in between the wood and scrapping ourselves against splinters ):
Tomorrow's gonna be quite slack in the morning, apart from physics prac test.
chem's gonna be a free period before champs in the audi. :D

Anyways, I cancelled my violin on thursday to chiong dance aesthetics item. But everyone's free only after 5.30 cos of elective so I wanna watch movie before that.

Good news's that~
I'm gonna move out of hostel this friday.
Hostel life sucks so I can't wait to go back home and enjoy life XP
And Cambodia! Excited to meet the kids there :D

Still have to take in term 1's results and I kinda screwed it up. wtf.

Gotta pack my luggage for Cambodia soon and also clear up my hostel room.
Oh yes! Have to prepare for violin exam.

Zomg, I can't believe one semester is gone just like that. :P

Time flies. Okay maybe it's rocketting.
Tomorrow's enrollment ceremony and Mdm Ong's farewell.
Will kinda miss baby ong. :P

But I won't be attending enrollment ceremony cos there's Cambodia pre-session.

And suddenly I feel so old.
Still remembered our level's very own enrollment ceremony.
When we first put on our trefoil, first wore our un-altered guides u and first tied plaits (which was kinda cute :P)

Most of my results came back. And woots! Screwed up the unimportant tests and ace the ones that will actually be counted in my GPA.

So, unless the marks got keyed in wrongly, I should get a steady partial exemption :D

Still hate the school for taking away our ENC week.
Instead, I'll be taking physics prac test, LA presentation and Aesthetics assessment.

Heya :)
Went to take my three jabs for vaccination at Tan Tock Seng.
Met Liting and her mum there.
Then went to Central to have lunch, buy stickies and buy the cookies.
Headed to IMM afterwards to do market survey with Wei Li.
Hanged out at sky garden with Liting while waiting for Wei Li to come.
My feet's soring from all the walking. ):
And my arms are disabled for now from all the injections.
Went to Iluma for dinner.
Din have appetite so had only salad.
And Im going to postpone violin tomorrow cos I don't think I can raise up my violin.
Lol!

I have this freaking big blister on both of my feet ):
Damn tired right now.

Life is always worth the living

Hiya its halfway through the week and there's chem and elit test left on friday.
Which I heard, was pretty easy.
But Im still quite nervous about it. :P

So far so good.
My results are coming back better than expected and the lessons are sleepable (eh is there such a word LOL!)

Next episode of America's next top model comes out tomorrow during CID Period, according to dilys :P

Im so gonna watch it during the weekends. :D To reward all my hard work, if there's any :P

Tomorrow's gonna be quite hiong for me cos I'll be chionging down to bugis for violin after school and mug chem and elit at night.

I can finally take some time off tomorrow to practise violin since its half day for RV. :D

The good news is, most of us scored A1 for comprehension. (The lowest's 14/20 :P) and my Chinese compo did not went out of point. Physics quiz was quite easy and scs was quite straightforward.

Bad news is, I think Im failing maths. For indices and surds. Never expect myself to freak out over maths, but yeah, I am. ): So Im going to hide myself in my room today and mug maths like nobody's business. And Ms teo havn't started shit on Poetry when our lit test is next friday. GG.

Can't think of any ugly news :P

Oh yeah and mother's day's this sunday. Din actually realised that but I've gotta please my mum just in case my results comes back sucky. :P

And after tomorrow, Im going to enjoy life with funshion. :D

Had Sports Carnival today. Enjoyed myself with 3D at the field. Got pwned for frisbee, but we still had fun :D Im convinced my sunblock is useless cos Im sunburnt like crazy right now. ):



Then went out with dilys, siwai and kaixin to plaza sing to catch never say never. Kaixin and I are not a great fangirl of JB, unlike dilys and siwai heh. :P
But the show was really quite cute :P
Met Liting and her friends there too.
So mrt-ed back with her and wongzhen to school for dance showcase.
And awesomely persuaded dilys to give up her mugging session to come watch the showcase with us.

Had a mini 2F girls outing at long johns after dance showcase. And chatted till 10pm.
